Have you ever felt like you're constantly striving, achieving and pushing forward, yet somehow always running on empty?

Perhaps stressed-out has become your normal state; your mind rarely slows and your nervous system feels stuck in overdrive. Or maybe you're heart is longer for a deeper connection with yourself beneath the demands of everyday life?

If so, you're not alone.

I was one of those women who always appeared calm, organised and capable on the outside. I got good grades, hit my deadlines and showed up when it mattered. Inside, however, it was chaos: insomnia, brain fog, anxiety, exhaustion and overwhelm.

Eventually, I began searching for another way.

The calm presence that rises in a quiet cup of tea.

A deep breath of fresh forest air.

The sound of my voice echoing across a wind-still lake.

The joy of dancing free around a crackling fire.

Listening to the stories of the land.

It is from this journey that Skogsdimma Gatherings was born.

Skogsdimma Gatherings is a weaving together of the medicines, practices and trainings that have supported my own healing. My aim is to create spaces where others can slow down, reconnect with their inner wisdom in like-minded communities, and rediscover the wonder that has always lived within them.

Imagine singing songs to the steady beat of a drum, sipping tea beneath the boughs of an old oak tree or dancing free to the rhythms of your own heart?

What would your life look like, if no one else was watching? What story rests within you, now ready to be told?

I believe that, beneath the stress, the expectations and the endless noise of modern life, there is something wild and beautiful waiting to be remembered.

Perhaps that is why you are here too.
