Refund Policy

All purchases include a non-refundable administration fee of 200 SEK for workshops (less than 3 hrs) and 500 SEK for retreats (more than three hours). 

If you cancel up until 30 days before the event’s starting date you will get a refund, minus the administration fee (200 SEK or 500 SEK depending on the length of the event).

If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the workshop/retreat you will get a 50% refund.

If you cancel less than 14 days before the starting date, we are unable to provide a refund unless you are able to provide a doctor’s note confirming illness/inability to participate. In this case you will receive a refund minus administration fee. Note - no refunds are possible once an event has started.

Donation-based events are non-refundable.

There may, on occasion, be the possibility to transfer your attendance to a different event. Please get in touch via aldis@skogsdimma.com if you have any questions concerning this.
