Tea Ceremony in Uppsala

A tea ceremony is an invitation to slow down and tune into the present.

You will be led through a simple ritual that can be introduced into your every day life that can help reduce stress, improve focus and calm a racing mind.

Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a favourite cushion to sit on.

As the leaves unfurl, and the senses deepen, tea guides us on a gentle journey, showing us the beauty that arises in the stillness.

This session is donation based (recommended donation 150kr), but spaces are limited. Sign up early to secure your space!

Location: If the weather is good, we will be outdoors in Rosendal (Uppsala). If it is poor weather we will be at my home in Vårdsätra. More details about exact location will be sent by email a day or so before the event.
