Raise your voice,
dance to the drum,
it's time to rise,
your story's begun.

Breathwork | Kulning & Voice Activation | Ecstatic Dance | Tea Ceremony | Herbs & Nature Medicine

If you're here, then likely you are one who sees the magic in the world. You like to gaze at the stars, to walk barefoot upon the grass, to sit a while on a mossy bank, and listen to the babbling brook.

Perhaps, as a child, you looked for fairy holes beneath old stones, or made potions from twigs and dirt?

Our hearts long for wonder, a chance to feel free and deeply connected to the world and those who dwell within it. Yet modern life teaches us to be small, to dim our spark, to cage ourselves in offices and one-room apartments, because it's the easy way to survive.

But you know, deep down, there's another way to live: dancing around the fire and singing songs to the moon, learning the wisdom of plants and breathing the fresh forest air.

At Skogsdimma Stories we offer workshops, courses and retreats in embodied expression, tea ceremony, voice activation, kulning, song circles, breathwork and herbal medicine.

Come join our next gathering and reclaim the magic in your life.

Aldis Carlyon

I am a writer, a singer, an embodied dancer and an avid drinker of tea.

I'm one of those people that could never choose just one creative practice, because I find so much joy in exploring all life has to offer. If I were a mythical creature, I'd probably be a weird mix of air fairy and garden gremlin.

I trained in transformational breathwork, modern herbalism and sacred business with Nina Medicina through her Wild Bloom/Embodied Spaceholder program, as well as holding a 200-hr YTT, and instructor certification in Anti-Gravity Fundamentals through Wings by Bella.

I also hold an MA in Musicology and spend my summers living as a viking in Storholmen Viking Village, kulning, singing songs around the campfire and teaching historical uses of plant medicine to visitors.

Healing myself through movement, voice, breath and herbs has been one of the key steps to unlocking my own creative flow and joy for life.
