Tea in the Garden

Do you dream of sitting on the grass, sipping on tea in calm quiet?

A tea ceremony is an invitation for us to slow down, to teach us how to show up and be present when life seems to be racing by. Never-ending to do lists make us crave time and space to ourselves, but when that time finally comes, it can be hard to shut off, to feel like we have earned that rest.

Tea teaches us to take a break and let go of our responsibilities. With every sip, we listen to the trees and smell the scents of the garden.

We take the time to simply be, and listen to the quiet messages that nature has to offer.
